1 кусочек хлеба

1 яйцо

50 г икры кеты

1 кружочек помидора

Масло сливочное

Соль и перец по вкусу

Свежая зелень для украшения (кинза, петрушка)

Приготовление:

1. Приготовление яйца:

Разогрейте сковороду с небольшим количеством масла.
Обжаривайте яйцо как вам больше нравится.
Посолите и поперчите по вкусу.

2. Обжаривание хлеба:

Обжарьте кусочек хлеба на сковороде без масла до золотистой корочки с обеих сторон.

3. Сборка бутерброда:

Намажьте хлеб сливочным маслом.
Положите икру на хлеб.
Сверху яйцо и ломтики помидора.
